When your opposition out numbers you, don't weary, just take a moment and remember...

As your veins begin to constrict, and the sweat pours down your face. Anxiety is your foe, panic is your first option, you have to remember...

Remember to breathe...breathe deeply. The gift of life flows through you, with a simple inhale. A lot of us are restricting are lungs from enjoying the harmony and relaxing motions of peaceful exhaling. Let God's gift of breath touch you like the winds on an ocean shore. With every breath, you have to remember that you are alive and with that ability we are all able to stand.

Every moment is a gift, supplied with a breath, don't let the wars of life stop you from breathing...Remember to Breathe.
